T3 $100 1861 PF-2 Cr. 3.The Type 3 Montgomery $100 has long been considered one of the most beautiful Confederate notes. Featuring a train vignette in the center and Columbia at left, notes of this type have survived in such limited numbers that there are never enough to go around among the many collectors who desire one. This note has a couple of trivial ink erosion holes from the endorsement and some minor repairs which are difficult to detect, mentioned on the holder. PMG Very Fine 25 Net.
