T21 $20 1861 PF-6 Cr. 146 PMG Very Fine 25.A high quality product of Keatinge & Ball after they moved to Columbia, SC, this very attractive blue-green and black $20 features a portrait of CSA Vice President Alexander Stephens and is printed on paper watermarked with vertical CSA block letters. PMG mentions the penciled Criswell number on the back in the right margin which affects nothing.
