Description
T21 $20 1861 PF-3 Cr. 145.This Stephens note grades Very Fine+ with great color. A tight cut along the top is noted, along with the typical cut cancels. In order to keep the cancels from separating, someone has applied a light coat of adhesive across the center of each cut on back, simply to keep this beauty from being torn. This is not even noticed from the front.
