T17 $20 1861. Although this brightly colored example has only a couple of folds and has a technical grade of Extremely Fine-About Uncirculated, the top is trimmed rather irregularly and quite far into the design. This is quite an unfortunate circumstance, as this is otherwise one of the highest grade examples of the type that this cataloger has encountered.
