T17 $20 1861. A problem-free example of this popular and attractive design type that features an ornate green overprint and was printed by Hoyer & Ludwig of Richmond. Fine-Very Fine, with three broad margins (tight only a trifle at the left end) and a couple of mounting remnants in the bottom corners that are visible only on the back.
