Virginia October 7, 1776 $6 Fr. VA-108 PCGS Choice About New 58.This is a top grade note from the series. Printed uniface, on thick paper, with the classic Virginia trampling Tyranny vignette at the left with the iconic motto SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS. The margins are close and only petty glue spots on three back blank corners kept this from PPQ; otherwise it is exceptionally printed and vivid. This is almost on par with the Newman note we sold for $1,080 in November 2017.
