Description

Virginia May 5, 1777 $6 Very Fine-Extremely Fine. For some reason, this moderately circulated Virginia note is vignetted with a razor-sharp image of the Spear and Sword Holding Soldier Stepping on the King. On most issued, the vignette ranges from muddy to marginally acceptable, but we've never seen it with full facial features and fine lines that are easily seen on this unusual example.
