Description
Virginia May 4, 1778 (Dates Printed) $5 PCGS Apparent Very Fine 30. Minor edge tears, some of which are repaired, account for the apparent grade. Interestingly, this note is signed by both Wood and Wray. Newman states that the Seven Dollar and lower denominations carry a single signer, and only the $10 and $15 pieces are double signed. This note has the look of a higher grade. From The Midnight Ride Collection
