Virginia March 1, 1781 $80 PCGS Apparent Extremely Fine 40.PCGS has mentioned "Edge Tears and Repairs" which is indeed correct. But this well signed, well margined note is certainly above average in both grade and appearance for this issue. This is the variety on the thicker paper.
