Description
Virginia May 3, 1779 $100 PMG Choice Fine 15 Net.The $100 note, although the largest denomination issued as part of this emission, had a very simple typeset design. This note has clear design details, but paper damage to the bottom of the note has obliterated part of both signatures. In addition, PMG notes a tape-repaired center split that has also generated some damage of its own.
