South Carolina June 1, 1775 £50 Very Good-Fine. This is only the third one of these rare notes we can recall handling in the last seven years. It has a couple of large contemporary repairs on the back. The edges also show stamp hinge repairs with an approximate three-fourths inch edge tear defeating its repair.
