North Carolina April 2, 1776 $1/4 Barracuda PCGS About New 53PPQ.These fractional denomination notes from this extremely popular issue are simply never found in high grade. PMG has not graded an AU of any of the fractional denominations. This note has huge margins, sharp printing, a strong signature, and a wonderfully detailed fish vignette that may or may not actually be a barracuda.
