North Carolina April 2, 1776 $1/2 Cock Fight PCGS Apparent Very Fine 35.Very short edge splits have caused the apparent grade, but the note is free of restorations and there is zero paper loss at any of the splits. The vignette of the battling roosters is extremely clear and the note has a charming eye appeal that is frequently missing on pieces that are from this fascinating issue. Unusually well margined.
