Description
New Hampshire November 3, 1775 40s PMG Extremely Fine 40.3600 40s notes were printed for use as part of this issue. This example is well printed on bright paper with nice margins and strong penned signatures of Nicholas Gilman and Sam Hobart. PMG mentions a minor restoration whose nature and location are not blatantly obvious through the holder (apparently a couple of very small sealed edge nicks). This note crossed the auction block for $930 at our 2019 Long Beach Expo U.S. Currency Signature Auction and should be in the same vicinity this time out.
