Description
Delaware May 1, 1777 3d PCGS Choice New 63.It is a bit of a challenge to figure out what PCGS saw to limit the grade on this superb-looking small change Delaware note. There is an as-made mark in the left face margin that they possibly considered a defect. Barring that, the note appears to be a 67.
