Continental Currency January 14, 1779 $1 PMG Superb Gem Unc 67
EPQ.This is a most unusual grade for Continentals, but this one clearly lays claim to it. It has broad even margins, perfect colors, bold signatures, and razor sharp print quality. New to the Track & Price census, it is tied with just one other note as the finest graded by PMG. In our recent Central States auction, we offered a PMG Gem 66 EPQ example that realized $4,800.
