Continental Currency November 29, 1775 $7 PCGS Choice About New 58PPQ.A gorgeous note with broad margins, strong signatures, and wonderful eye appeal. A very light sheet fold seems to be all that separates this from the Gem New grade. The severe storm at sea emblem with motto SERENABIT (It will be calm) is deeply inked and easier to discern than most. This vignette is busy and often appears indistinguishable. In the Newman Collection, an AU55 realized $646. This note is vastly superior and should far surpass that.
