Continental Currency February 26, 1777 $6 PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. An extraordinary piece, with wonderful colors, excellent centering of both sides among broad margins and tons of eye appeal. The face vignette is unusually sharply printed. It illustrates a beaver gnawing on a tree, and it bears the Latin motto, "Perseverando," which needs no translation.From The Midnight Ride Collection
