Connecticut October 11, 1777 3d PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.While high grade uncancelled examples from the 1776 issues are relatively common, these small change notes are much more rare. These were almost always slash cancelled and to find a nice, well signed and boldly printed example without cancel is a real treat. This is the sole finest graded example by either service and certainly the nicest example we have offered.
