Connecticut Committee Pay Table Request and Response Certificate April 14, 1783 Very Fine.Private Dudley was wanting his state notes for serving in the 4th Connecticut Regiment during the year of 1781, therefore this certificate was filed. This example comes with a Darvick Certificate of Authenticity certifying the legitimacy of the signatures of Colonel Heman Swift and Private Zebulon Dudley. A few small internal splits along folds are observed.
