Connecticut March 1, 1780 1s 3d PCGS Apparent Very Fine 35.Usually seen slash cancelled, this example appears to be uncancelled through the holder and is not noted by the third party grading company. Uncancelled examples are noted to be rare in the Newman book. Signed by John Chester and William Pitkin, it also has the redemption registration written on the back by the comptroller, possibly J.S. Porter. It also has a pencil notation "1922-7-250" on the back.
