Description
Newcomerstown, OH- Mulvane & Co. 5¢ Dec. 15, 1862 Wolka 1961-01William Mulvane was a dry goods and general merchandise dealer. He served in the Union Army from 1862 to 1865 with the 52nd Regiment of the Ohio Volunteer Infantry. There are only two notes known on this issuer with this one grading a pleasant Very Fine.
