Planters National Bank Ch. # (S)6139 PMG Very Fine 25.An exceptionally rare note from a very scarce East Texas bank, this Red Seal is unique for this charter and one of just two pieces reported with its first title. It is a most attractive, pen signed $10 from this large-only institution that closed its doors in 1925. It features bright paper and a bold red overprint with just a minor repair noted by PMG.
