National Bank Ch. # (E)4861 PMG Fine 12.This offering is just the third note to be reported from this western Pennsylvania bank, an institution that issued Second Charter notes only before liquidating in 1913. It is a well circulated, but intact $20 Brown Back with decent color for the grade.
