Berkeley, CA - $10 1902 Date Back Fr. 617 Berkeley National Bank Ch. # (P)7849 PMG Very Fine 20.This short lived bank lasted for only ten years, and is by far the scarcest of this community's four issuers. Only five notes are known from this institution, including this $10 which was part of the Krakover collection sold by John Hickman in 1990. It is a solid mid-grade example with pleasing color.
