The originality and paper quality are easily evident through the holder of this beautiful note, and the colors are vivid enough to quickly determine why this early Legal Tender series has long been referred to by collectors as "Rainbow Notes." This piece is certainly at least the equal in terms of eye appeal and quality of another PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ example that we auctioned for $14,400 in our 2024 Long Beach Signature Auction.
