Cooper, TX - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 627 The First National Bank Ch. # 4500 PMG Fine 12.This is just the eleventh note to be reported from this elusive Delta County charter that liquidated in 1927. However, of those reported, three are in institutional collections which limits the options for today's collectors. This new entrant displays just honest wear and retains solid paper for the grade.
