Lawrenceville, GA - $20 1929 Ty. 2 First National Bank Ch. # 11936 PMG Very Fine 20.A very rare note from a formerly rural Gwinnett County hamlet now rapidly becoming part of the burgeoning metropolitan Atlanta area. Although chartered in 1921, this bank elected to issue only Series 1929 Type 2 examples, with this offering just the seventh such piece to be reported. It is a crisp, moderately circulated $20 with good color and just some minor rust that has been lightened.
