Hartford, CT - $2 1875 Fr. 391 The First National Bank Ch. # 121 PCGS Banknote Very Fine 30.A beautiful Lazy Deuce from this low charter number capital city bank, this piece is also the only Series 1875 example of this denomination in the census. Nice color and signatures are found on this lightly folded, well printed note whose four margins are all clear of the design - a feature that is certainly unusual for a New England First Charter note. PCGS Banknote mentions the lightening of a stain at right which hardly detracts from the overall eye appeal of this pretty deuce.
