China People's Bank of China 10 Yuan 1953 Pick 870 S/M#C283-14 PMG Choice Very Fine 35 EPQ.
The People's Bank of China issued an extensive banknote series, replacing all old Yuan from the inflationary period at a rate of 10,000:1. This 10 Yuan was therefore replacing the old 100,000 Yuan notes and as such was still a very high denomination banknote. Due to its size and high value, a surprisingly small number of these notes were saved to be collected today. This offering was moderately circulated, but thankfully, it has retained complete originality. Although dated 1953, this denomination was issued in 1957, and it was withdrawn in 1964. Rare and incredibly popular with collectors worldwide, and especially so with EPQ status.

1953年中國人民銀行拾圓「大黑拾」。PMG Choice Very Fine 35 EPQ。
為取代通漲時期發行的第一版人民幣，中國人民銀行發行了第二版人民幣，並以一比一萬的匯率回收舊鈔，故這張拾圓等同舊人民幣的拾萬圓，面值極為高昂可觀，有幸流傳至今者亦寥寥可數。此鈔帶有若干流通痕跡，但幸而仍保有原裝紙質。雖然年份1953年，但實際發生要到1957年，隨後在1964年便被收回。此鈔珍罕少見，深受世界各地收藏家青睞，獲評EPQ更是可遇不可求。
