Westfield, NY - $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 613 The National Bank of
Westfield Ch. # (E)3166 PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.A gorgeous Red Seal, this offering is the finest graded example from this western New York bank. It is a pen-signed beauty with loads of original embossing and a fiery red overprint. Only a few insignificant rust specks at top right on the back have prevented this otherwise fully original note from receiving the EPQ designation from PMG.
