Bar Harbor, ME - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 626 The First National Bank Ch. # (N)3941 PMG Choice Fine 15.This evenly circulated and solid note comes from a very scarce and always in demand Hancock County bank that was the only issuer in this resort town. It is one of only a dozen pieces reported from this charter. That dozen is split equally between its Eden and Bar Harbor locations, according to the National Currency Foundation census. Crossing the public auction block for the first time, this $10 exhibits just plenty of honest wear.
