Hartford, CT - $1 1875 Fr. 384 The National Exchange Bank Ch. # 361 PCGS Banknote Choice Unc 63.This gorgeous 1875 Ace from a large-only capital city bank is one of just two Uncirculated examples of this denomination listed in the census from this charter. It features loads of eye appeal with bright paper, virtually all of its original ink colors, and very dark pen signatures. If not for a couple of tight margins, it would have been a strong candidate for an even higher grade.
