Vicksburg, MS- Commercial & Rail Road Bank of Vicksburg $5 18__ as G8 Kraus 10560p as Leggett 18 Proof PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.A second example printed on India paper and mounted on cardstock with minor stains from the glue used to originally affix the sheet to cardstock after it was printed. This note is likely the bottom note of an uncut Proof sheet of four examples of this design that appeared in Lot 826 of the 1990 ABNCo Archives sale. The surviving population of this note in Proof form is probably right around 5-8 examples. The back of the cardstock has acquired an ink transference of a $50 Proof note on this bank.
