Newark, NJ- Newark Banking & Insurance Company $3 180_ G52RP Reprint Proof PMG About Uncirculated 55.A bank with a long history, it was incorporated with this title in 1804. It became the Newark Banking Co. in 1859 and then converted in 1865 to the National Newark Banking Company, charter number 1316. This example has four punch out cancellations in the signature lines.
