(Henderson), TX- Rusk County 50¢ Feb. 28, 1863 Medlar UNL PMG Very Fine 25.Payable on May 1, 1864, with 8% interest, this specific design is unlisted in Medlar and not present in The Rowe-Barr Collection in the DeGolyer Library-SMU although we are aware of eight examples at present based on observed serial numbers. This note is well printed on good paper with ample margins and is repair-free.
