Bridgeton, NJ- Cumberland Bank $1 Jan. 8, 1840 Good-Very Good;Hoboken, NJ- New Jersey Manufacturing and Banking Co. $1; $2 (2); $3 (2) 1828 Very Good or Better;
Jersey City, NJ- Jersey Bank $1 Aug. 15, 1825 Very Good-Fine.
The Cumberland Bank $1 has a missing piece in the bottom right margin. The New Jersey Manufacturing and Banking Co. $1 has a short edge tear in the right margin and minor damage in the lower left corner while one of the $2s (sn. 890) has mounting remnants on the back. One of the $3s (sn. 58) has some small edge splits on the left end and a contemporary merchant rubberstamp ad on the back while the other $3 (sn. 1663) has a small POC. The Jersey City $2 has a very small chip in the left margin and some very light stains. (Total: 7 notes)
