De Soto, NE- Bank of De Soto $3 Oct. 1, 1863 PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.The charming Nebraska Obsolete in this lot possesses a variety of attractive vignettes as well as a colorful green THREE overprint. At left is an allegorical female, at center is a farmer with his oxen, and at right is a female shielding her eyes. PMG has granted this note its EPQ moniker for original paper surfaces.
