$5 Premium Federal Reserve Set Fr. 1986-A-E/1987-F-L $5 1999 Choice Crisp Uncirculated or Better.Each $5 in this set has birthyear serial number 00001961. This BEP set is professionally bound in a book of 24 pages with a slipcase. There was a total production run of only 2,000 notes for each district and this set quickly sold out. The Atlanta $5 in this set has an overinked Federal Reserve System seal as the last "S" in "States" is missing.
