Description

Friedberg, Robert Paper Money of the United States Very Fine.
First Edition 1953 128 pages;
Second Edition 1955 151 pages.
A pair of important references that are a must for serious collectors of United States paper money. Both editions are nice, clean copies save for pen writing on the frontispiece of the first edition by the first owner and save for pen writing on the inside front cover by the first owner and pencil writing on the frontispiece concerning the 1955 price of the second edition. The cover of the first edition displays minor moisture staining, while the cover of the second edition exhibits minor scuffing. Also, both have retained their all important dust jackets. Both dust jackets exhibit tears and loss of paper, while the second edition dust jacket also has several tape repairs and staining. However, both dust jackets have been enclosed in a Gaylord adjustable plastic book jacket cover. Nonetheless, these Friedbergs are far above average than what is usually encountered for the first two editions. (Total: 2 books)
