The first piece is essentially a pass, good for the passage of a specific person's cart until May 1, 1837 on the Fulton Ferry (one of whose founders was Robert Fulton) which ran between Brooklyn and New York between 1814 and 1924. The pass, printed on cardstock, has no creases, mounting remnants or other distractions aside from the faintest evidence of slight rubbing on the corners.
The Hamilton & Skaneatelas Turnpike opened in 1805 and remained in business as a toll road until becoming a public road in 1847. The turnpike connected Unadilla with the Finger Lakes. Fully issued with a few stains that do not overly distract. (Total: 3 notes)
