Stonington, CT- Stonington Bank $5-$5-$10-$20 18__ G36-G36-G44-G52 Uncut Sheet Extremely FineThe bank was organized in 1822 and remained in business until 1867 when it voluntarily closed its doors. This sheet comprises the three denominations printed by A. B. & C. Durand Wright & Co. for the bank in the 1830s. Each note has a vignette of an allegorical mythological scene.
