Description
Falls Village, CT- Iron Bank $5 18__ Remainder PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.The bank opened in 1847 and was succeeded by the National Iron Bank in 1865, charter 1214. This $5 showcases a portrait of a thoughtful Benjamin Franklin at right, two iron workers at center, and another iron laborer at left. A red tint completes the design. The last $5 we auctioned in PMG 65 EPQ brought $336 in April 2025.
