Premium Historical Portfolio $5 Federal Reserve Note Sets Choice Crisp Uncirculated or Better.Fr. 1986-B 1999/Fr. 1985-F 1995 Two Examples.
These sets were issued in late 2000 to commemorate the changeover from small head to big head FRN designs. The small head notes have high digit serial numbers above 99 million and the big head examples have low four-digit serials of 00003265 and 00003269. Each set is housed in a slip case holder. Also, each has a white sticker with collector information affixed to the slipcase cover. (Total: 2 notes)
