Description

New Jersey June 22, 1756 £3 Fine.
This still-attractive red and black £3 retains its charm. It spent a fair amount of time in circulation and yet survived the experience and the intervening 265 years without having any repairs or glaring condition issues but for a couple of center fold edge splits. Lower denomination pieces are routinely found at varying CU grade levels; such is not the case for the Pound denomination notes.
