Description

Continental Currency April 11, 1778 $5 Choice Very Fine. A lovely, lightly circulated note from the only truly rare issue of Continental Currency. Both sides are beautifully centered, both signatures are strong, and the overall appearance of this absolutely genuine example is better than that of many notes several grades higher. In our opinion, genuine Yorktowns are considerably undervalued in the current market, and a problem-free pretty example like this is well worth acquiring at today's levels.
