Mauritania Banque Centrale de Mauritanie 1000 Ouguiya 20.6.1973 Pick 3s Specimen.Despite its French-like design and light banknote paper, these notes were actually printed in Algeria. An excellent Specimen example of this high denomination design from the first series. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.
