Description

Paper Items for Allied Troops Held in German POW Camps During World War I 372 Examples.
The most advanced collection of World War I POW items that we have seen. The vast majority of the items are paper money, but sprinkled in, are covers and postcards. The latter two categories were not graded by us, but the paper money marches in at Very Good or better with almost all being "or better." Most of the notes are mounted, but they are mounted in ways that do not harm the pieces. All 372 examples, with many in sets, are housed in three albums. A great historical collection that would be very difficult to duplicate. (Total: 3 books)
