Germany Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Strelitz 10 Thaler Courant 1.6.1869 Pick S355 PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.Embossing of the serial number is exceptionally strong and sharp. A bold watermark is also seen on this example when the note is "candled" before a light source. The Grand Duchy issued its own circulating money along with several other relatively independent states within the German Confederation at the time.
