East Africa Currency Board 10 Shillings ND (1964) Specimen Pick 46sA simply lovely Specimen with two punch cancels at bottom. The colors are rich and contrast perfectly against the bright white paper. The embossing is also easily evident through the holder. Few Specimens from this printer escaped without problems from being mounted. This piece is a perfect PCGS Superb Gem New 68PPQ.
